A fund has been established to assist individuals in genuine need with their registration fees for the clinic. Please note that funds are limited, and not all applicants may receive assistance. The clinic committee will review all submissions, awarding support based on available funding, financial need, and responses to the questions provided.

Eligibility requirements for financial assistance from the Allegan County 4-H Horse Five Day Clinic include:
1. Being a 4-H member in good standing.
2. Completing this application and submitting it along with your clinic registration.
