

HOW TO REGISTER
We are excited to welcome your child to our upcoming clinic! Due to high demand, it's essential to follow these steps carefully to ensure your child's participation. Please read the instructions below before registration opens.
REGISTRATION IS OPEN
Registration is from May 5 thru May 25. Registrations submitted after May 26 will be charged a $15 late fee per participant. Registration CLOSES on June 9 at 11:59pm. If you have any registration questions or concerns, please email allegan5day@gmail.com.
BEFORE REGISTRATION OPENS
Complete the following steps before registration opens:
1 | Sign Up for an Account
Click "Log In" in the top right corner of the menu to either sign up or log in if you already have an account. You will need to be logged in to reserve classes once registration opens!
Note: WE HAVE A NEW WEBSITE! All previous accounts have been deleted. You'll need to create a new account, so we recommend doing this in advance!
2 | Read & Understand ALL Rules
Read and understand all clinic/barn/camping rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience! 🤗
You can find all the rules under the "RULES & REQUIREMENTS" tab in the menu.
3 | Review the Class Schedule & Plan Your Classes
Check the "CLASS SCHEDULE" and plan which classes the participant would like to join this year. *Schedule is subject to change*
Each participant can choose up to THREE riding classes and any number of non-riding classes (e.g., Vaulting or Show Prep). Make sure classes do not overlap in the same session. Class descriptions can be found under the "CLASSES & EVALUATIONS" tab in the menu.
Fees: Classes cost $60 each. Each participant that registers for 3 or more classes will receive a $15 discount at checkout (discount is not shareable between participants).
4 | Complete & Gather All Requirements
Horsemaster Evaluations ⭐
Once you understand which classes you'd like to participate in, verify the participant meets the horsemaster level requirement(s). Class requirements can be found under the specific class in the "CLASSES & EVALUATIONS" tab in the menu.
Contacts for certified evaluators are found on the "HORSEMASTER EVALUATIONS" page. Make sure you contact an evaluator to schedule in advance, so you have time to complete the evaluation BEFORE registration opens.
Note: Only the Mounted Skills evaluation is required for clinic placement. You will need to provide a completed Mounted Skills form during registration. Same form can be used for multiple classes.
Horse Requirements 🐴
During this time, make sure your horse is up to date on the requirements listed on the "HORSE REQUIREMENTS" page. You will need to submit these documents under "SUBMIT CLINIC DOCUMENTS" or email them to allegan5day@gmail.com.

1 | Reserve Your Classes & Add-Ons
Class sizes are limited and will fill on a first come first serve basis. Waitlists will be available. 📝
LOG IN BEFORE YOU BEGIN ✅
Once registration opens, navigate to "REGISTER NOW" under the "REGISTRATION" tab in the menu.
You can only register ONE participant per check out!
If you need to register more than one participant, you will need to check them out each separately.

Discount - Participants who add 3 or more classes to their cart will automatically receive a $15 discount at checkout.
Clinic Add-ons ⛺

5 Day Shirt - Remember to add one $5 t-shirt to your cart. Extra shirts are available for $15 each (larger sizes are priced accordingly).

Camping - If you are staying on site for the clinic, make sure to add camping to your cart BEFORE you check out!
Select "Free Shipping" for the Delivery Method during check out. Nothing will be shipped; it is just part of the checkout process.
NOTICE: Classes are not held in cart! You MUST complete your check-out in order to secure your class space.
2 | Upload Required Documents
Once you check out and register your participant, submit the required clinic documents using "SUBMIT CLINIC DOCUMENTS" under the "REGISTRATION" tab in the menu.

Important: At minimum, your completed Horsemaster Evaluation sheets must be submitted within 24 hours of checkout, or your registration will be canceled and your classes will no longer be reserved.
3 | Send in Payment
Make checks payable to Allegan County Five Day Clinic and send to Mandi Nielson, 3199 5th St, Wayland MI 49348. The amount should cover all reserved classes and add-ons.
For cash payments, call Mandi Nielson at (616) 446-6722 to make an appointment.
No credit/debit cards or digital forms of payment accepted.
Important: Payment must be received within 7 days of check out, or your registration will be canceled and your classes will no longer be reserved. A confirmation notice will be sent via email once the check is processed.
AFTER REGISTRATION OPENS
Complete all of the following steps after registration opens to avoid cancellation of your registration
NOTE: We highly recommend using desktop devices for reserving classes and registering, as it is easier than using a mobile device.
