2025 Event Schedule

See below for the day-to-day schedule of events outside of classes

DAY 1: ARRIVAL

Friday, June 20

  10:00AM-4:00PM   

  • When you arrive, collect your Clinic Passport at the entry.

  • Choose a campsite and report your campsite # at the registration office.​

  • Settle your horse/pony in their stall. Make sure the stall card is visible.

  • Check in with Paul and the Health Officer at the office.

  • Stall decoration begins! 🎉​

  2:00PM-2:30PM   Mandatory Clinic ​Orientation at announcers booth.
  4:00PM-5:30PM   Session Five classes begin

  5:00PM   Vet inspection begin.

  6:00PM-7:30PM   Session Six classes begin (Click here to see class schedule details)

  8:00PM-9:00PM   Session Seven (special schedule will be available once at the clinic)

DAY 3

Sunday, June 22

  10:00AM   Judging begins for stall decorations.

  8:00AM-7:30PM   Sessions One thru Six underway (Click here to see class schedule details)

  8:00PM   Ice Cream Social "Potluck Style" at the Pavilion! 🍦 

  • Bring a topping to share. 

  • Ice cream and cones will be provided, bring your own bowl.

  • We will announce stall winners at the ice cream social. 🏆

  8:00PM-9:00PM   Session Seven (special schedule will be available once at the clinic)

DAY 5: CEREMONY

Tuesday, June 24

  ALL DAY   

  • Voting for Smiley Award begins! 😃

  • Evaluations available online.

  • Clinic survey available on-site and online.

  8:00AM-7:30PM   Sessions One thru Six underway (Click here to see class schedule details)

  6:00PM   Timers will be set up for Gymkhana runs in Session Six FINAL class.

  8:00PM   Award Ceremony 🏆 

  AFTER CEREMONY   Shaving cream fight, bring goggles!!

DAY 2

Saturday, June 21

  ALL DAY   

  • Tack Sale Begins 🐎 Bring your items clearly marked with your name, phone number, and price. 

  • Finish decorating your stalls to be judged on day three.

  4:00PM   Goodbye 🤠 'till we see you next year!

  CLINIC WRAP UP  

  • Clean your horse/pony's stall. Nothing can be left in or on the stall walls. 

  • Check out with a Barn Manager.

  • Check out with the Health Officer.

  • Clinic survey available on-site and online.
